Request a Briefing
A briefing, not a pitch
A briefing is 20–30 minutes with Shannon, scheduled around your calendar. It covers three things, plainly: how the evaluation works gate by gate, what your team would keep regardless of the outcome, and whether your release process and this cohort actually fit each other.
You’ll leave with the two-page brief, a clear picture of the effort involved (it’s bounded — roughly two hours to start, and a stop button at every gate), and enough to decide whether this deserves a deeper look. If the fit isn’t there, you’ll know in one conversation, and that’s a fine outcome too.
No preparation needed. Bring your hardest questions — they make the briefing better.

The two-page brief
The brief covers what the evaluation is, the four gates and their effort estimates, what your team keeps regardless, and what participation does and doesn’t commit you to — in two pages, written to be forwarded. Tell us where to send it.
Email shannon@shannonlantzy.com with your name and company and the brief is on its way the same day — along with a link to book a briefing whenever it’s useful.
